hello,
I took off my gearbox, the differential gear bearings are completely shot.
I found a new gearbox that I think is perfect (very low mileage), same of mine (dry box).
The CV cups (or pots) are already installed, and they can be better than mine.
Can be a problem to do a mix up a cup and a tripod bearing that have not worked together (different wear)?
And by the way, what amount of play can be considered acceptable?
And last but not least, I have an EP - nlgi2 grease right for the joints, but what I have to do? replace the old grease? add some?
Fiat says 0,08kg per joint......
