General Seicento fluid leak! Engine pipe! Please help!

Was looking round my mum's car, that she bought a week or so ago, and found a pipe that has been severed.. looks like the fuel or oil pipe..?

Crankcase breather pipe. Nothing really to worry about, if you can't get a new one tape it up.
