Tuning Seicento 1.1 Mpi - Throttle Body Enlargement(Bore out)? Possible?

That's just a reflection of my red bonnet It appears to be one piece, everything is silver and those little bumps don't relate to anything on the other side.

So if the butterfly is silver is it aluminium or stainless?, the standard one is brass.

Guys,as no one have any of these TBs up for sale,i only have 2 options.
- First one is someone to make a 40mm TB for me and sell it to me

I could mod one for you, but first I have to make some jigs so I can finish the first one.

Took some photos yesterday...

It could do with a thinner butterfly, looks to be simply bored out then polished.

But the question is : How do I disassemble the Throttle Body Axle that the Butterfly sits on in order to bore out the hole???Can i bore it out without getting it off?

I am asking because you cannot replace any parts on this TB,so how could i do it?
