General Scudo 2006 2.0 jdt speedo

the mileage bit under the speedo isnt working properly, only part of the last 2 numbers shows, think i need to change the whole unit, is it easy to do?, and would anyone have a unit for sale, mileage last read 59k about 3 years ago, dont know how it passed the last 3 mots, but its the 1st mot due next month in my ownership and id like to get it sorted,

Try just changing the bulb first. It's not a hard job, and there are descriptions on the forum. N.B. Don't throw away the screw with the thick rubber washer that you get at from under/by the steering column, or your instrument nacelle will buzzzzzzzzzz. Be careful getting the vents out, too, old plastic that's been heated repeatedly is brittle!
