Rubbing on the suspension arm on hard turning lock.
This often happens (my car does it). You can fix the problem by using a block of wood to slightly reshape the suspension arm (only needs to be a mm or 2).
This type of rubbing happens when you turn sharply while going over a bump or something which causes the suspension to move. Its not a big issue.
On the insides of my wheels I get the stick on type of ballance weights because the suspension arm tends to remove the other type (I have turbo alloys on non-turbo brakes, this causes the clearances to close up).
