I have an '81 Fiat X-1/9 with 10k original miles that hasn't run in a long time. I have it in a local shop to get it running again. Once that is done it needs some body work. I'd prefer to find someone reasonably local who knows what they are doing with '81 X1/9s.
It has the usual rust problems and I had some of it fixed years ago. The right hand door is pretty much shot and needs to be replaced. I replaced the left hand door previously but it needs to be reassembled. Other than being rusty, there is no body damage.
If you know of anyone who knows what they are doing and is in the Los Angeles area (preferably the South Bay area, i.e. Redondo Beach/Torrance/Gardena/etc.) please let me know.
It's an interesting car with very low miles so it is probably worth getting it running and put back together. I am the original owner.
