Technical Rusted Body Part but what is it?

Hi there, my 2008 1.3 jtd is running just fine, changed the oil this morning to try and keep the engine happy. I discovered an entire panel had rusted away down in the front. I want to replace it but can't buy one until I know what its called?

It seems to catch bad weather, below the radiator and holds the pipe for the oil cooler, it also hanges the under engine plastic tray with three screws upfront.

Does anyone know what it is called? Perhaps someone has a diagram?

Thanks for that, mine is a 2008, so the online ePer is interesting but I think the newer Doblo has different parts down the front of the engine bay.

Would it be part 12 on the attached pic which the Radiator attaches too ? Called the Crossrail (51755706)
