Anyone use RO water when cleaning their car? Worth the hassle? Can get a ready supply of it from work if it's worth the effort.

Do you mean deionised water?
If so then, yes, it can help to let the car dry streak free but if you are drying the car with a chamois or similar then its not really that necessary.
