Hi!

Some of you might remember me and my Caribbean Orange Grande Punto. I reluctantly sold it to go travelling in 2009. Since then I have had several cars but always thought about coming back to Fiat. Today I test drove, spec'd and ordered an Abarth Punto EVO in Grey which is being delivered next week. I'm looking forward to getting involved again and look forward to seeing you all at Auto Italia next month.

Just got the call I was hoping I wouldn't get. My car is still not at the dealers and they cannot confirm if I will be able to collect it on Saturday. This is frustrating as I want to make plans to get there as I'm 2+ hours away and Saturday is one of my rare days off.

I called the garage back this morning and they cannot confirm either way for me. It'll get there when it gets there is basically what I'm told at the moment.

It's Saturday and I'm at home with no new car. Really, really disappointed with the whole system. It's lucky I had not sold my car already!!

I should add: I am not unhappy with the dealer, they have no control over this. My beef is with the Fiat system which I am reliably told by a mate in the industry does the dealers no favours at all!!

you should be unhappy with the dealer for not telling you. like i said above they would know by thursday if it would be ready for collection today
