Replacing stock fog bulbs. Philips Diamond Vision or LED?

Hey guys,

My current car has stock lighting, so I am looking to change the fog bulbs first, and looking to get a nice clean crisp white light look which is still bright during the day, purely only for aesthetics and not as main lighting. I have been looking around and considering two options:

Option 1: Philips Diamond Vision Hb4's Philips Diamond Vision Hb4 9006 Upgrade Headlight Bulbs: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

or

Option 2: VANSSI HB4 9006 LED 21-SMD VANSSI HB4 9006 LED 21-SMD High Power Bulb For Fog or Daytime Running Light 6000K White (Pack of 2): Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

Which would look/perform better? Or are there any other options which could achieve the look? I have considered HID but looking to do this with the main beam more than anything.

I use these for my mains and fogs on my Idea. Also use Philips Vision Plus and Philips Silver Vision bulbs for my brake lights and indicators.
