Replacing Side wings!

hi,
two days back i bumped into a railing and destroyed one of the side wings(front one).
Did anyone replace them in the past? is it
too complicated? Do I nee some speacial tools?
All tips tricks and pictures are welcome!! I
also want to bring down the front bumper repaint
it and put it back again!
would cost around 200€ at the workshop, so I plan to give it a try!

forgot to mention .. its a 1.4 lit Fita Brava 1996.

AFAIK it's all bolted on so no welding. Should be simple enough.
