General Replacing knock bar and rad on 54 multipla elaganza

I have bought this to repair. The knock bar (behind the rad) has been pushed in and the radiator has been pushed in and has leaked. While trying to remove the rad. I came across two air con pipes attached to both sides of the rad. I believe it is the intercooler pipes. Question is do i remove these or would they cause any harm when removed? They do not have any warning stickers on them. Cheers
