You will need a torque wrench. you will need someone to look in there uno manual and post up head bolt loosening and tighting sequence (spelling) and also tourque settings.

Undo in a progressive sequence.

Head tighten/slacken order:

(8)-(6)-(2)-(5)-(10)

(7)-(3)-(1)-(4)-(9)

stage 1 to 30 Nm
stage 2 to 59 Nm

Use a new gasket set.
Make sure all the surfaces are clean and grease free.
Make sure the head gasket has "ALTO" on top.

Rule of 9 to adjust the tappets
(whatever valve is fully compressed - say 3, 9-3=6, adjust 6.
turn engine until another is compressed, say 5, 9-5=4, adjust 4.
etc etc)

inlet 0.15mm
exhaust 0.20mm
