General Replacing Ducato Headlights?

I need to swap my LHD headlights for RHD units but can't get the existing ones out. I have removed the front grill to get at both securing screws but the unit doesn't want to come out. I think the little ball/socket arrangement is holding it in that connects to the headlight adjuster. I have tried applying some pressure but before I get the crowbar out anybody know how it should be released?

Hi,

I have changed the bulbs on my Boxer and all it requires is a firm tug to seperate the ball joint once the bolts are removed. Grit your teeth and tug at the outer edge of the unit.
