but...ive now tried to remove the ones in my 1.0l uno and i broke one :( BOOO I need to re use these, so how do u remove them without breaking em?

as u can see in the picture, i broke it LOL!

Is that aimed at anyone specific ;)

Didn't your 1.0 Uno have seatbelts which have height adjusters too?

Sounds like a VOR to me if you broke them both

I have both sliders spare in good nick. one of the plastic handles cracked but I learned how to remove the retainer clip so the second one is good.

IIR it's the a smaller version of the window winder handle retainer clip

Looks like you took a more brutal approach? - note to Dunc.. get star drive set :p

my seatbelts do already adjust lol

how do u take the actual thing off without breaking it?

or is there another way of getting the plastic pillar cover off? i just ned to swap em for my turbo ones!

i dont need to change the seatbelts or adjusters, i just want to change the plastic covers, so i just persumed u had to remove the seatbelt adjust?!?!

Yer adjusters need to come off :) but only the plastic handle.

You pull it out as far as you would to adjust the seatbelt height, then slip the clip out at the end of the plastic bit, so all you remove is the plastic handle and a small metal pin that's similar to the Ohm sign. No other metal and catch that pin before it flies off lol

If you still have the bit that's in your hand on that pic up there, you can look to see where the pin is and realise youve fluffed it ;).

Don't forget the thanks button
