Technical Removing Headrests 75ELX

Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove my headrests on this 1994 Mk1 75ELX please. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing! Thanks.

I’m sure they don’t come out
The only way would be to cut the back of your seat and you do t want to do that
