General Removing fuel pump - how hard?

Hi folks, quick question - how hard is it to remove the fuel pump from an 900cc chinq? Reason being the pins on the top are loose in some way.

edit: just seen a fuel pump for ir and its tiny!! I think I mean a different part - what's the part that the plug goes into at the top under the fuel pump shield?

What do you mean the pins are loose?

The one in the middle is the sensor, which is usually the loose one.

the 2 pins that the plug connects to, the plug with a purple and green wire to power the pump

OK, remove the sender wires. Remove the sender, quarter turn anti clockwise. Remove the pipes, one 6mm nut IIRC. Undo all the bolts around the top, remove pump assembly.
