Removing bonder

My front splitter has been fixed on using screws and bonder, how do i get this bonder off so i can safely take my splitter off?

bad as it sounds, probably a bit of cheesewire pulled slowly backwards and forwards to cut through the stuff gently. thats what I've done on my alloys to try and cut through the crap build up on the inside of the wheel before.
