Remap DIY ???

is it true you can remap yourself for free lmao

i dunno if tis is true but i read somewhere that you can remap the mk2 engine by turning ignition on then removing battery leads, wait like 30 mins then back on, start car and rev it hard 4-5k revs, go for a long heavy drive changin gear at 4-5k revs and the ecu will adjust itself to give the engine more air/fuel mixture givin more power

i have no idea if this is bullsh*t or not please let me knwo lol

This may reset the ecu, and will give better performance for a while, but it will soon adapt and go back to normal soon enough

could always buy an eobd-1260 flasher like i did to remap ecus, but unfortunately yours aint covered.
