Technical refitting the SPI System in my uno

No, sorry. It isn't coming through. My clairvoyance and telepathic powers must be slacking these days. You'll just have to write more and explain what exactly what wires you're talking about in another post. And remember, a picture says a thousand words so take some, post them up here and identify the wires you want information on.

ok there are these two wires that look like they should go on some sort of coil or something but this car does not have one in the proksymity of that cable. is there not a site with some sort of manuale i can download pdf os something? i need this car to work in 2 hours els im toast.

Can't say I have seen them wires, but I have the 1.0 Fire with SPI.

Thats the 1.4 engine.

Don't recall Fiat using plain dark blue wiring for anything. Are you sure these are original fitment, do they have a tracer colour, or could they be for an accessory someone has fitted?

Was going to offer you a Uno manual but it's 10MB. By the time I've uploaded it and you've downloaded it, your 2 hours deadline would be up.

I see the rockerbox cover of a 1.3 / 1.4 engine.

I don't think there was an SPI 1.3 and I'm sure the 1.3 / 1.4 Uno wasn't a FIRE engine

These two wires go to resistor that is fitted at left side of engine bay, above black canister, near headlight (under your hand). Resistor is under black piece of metal.

I think you're talking about the dim/ dip headlight resistor system. Jai will tell you all about this as he's had loads of fun with the one fitted to his Turbo. Also, the dim/ dip resistor has THREE wires going to it and that picture only shows two.

I'm wondering if there should be an ignition coil in that part of the engine? Or some kind of ignition module? Maybe that's where those two wires should go?

If the OP could tell us exactly what year/ model/ engine of Uno he has one of us might be able to look up a wiring diagram in the Haynes manual. That's if he hasn't already been made into toast!

No, I'm talking about resistor that is in series with injector, my 1.1ie uno has it at that place. Wires and connectors look exactly the same.
