OK about to start refreshing the rear suspension on son’s Seicento next week and am after any tips/tricks/advice....

Aiming to replace (on both sides)

Rear trailing arm bushes
Bump stops
Shocks
Springs (when I find the correct ones)

Anything else to look at? I am not lowering it (will affect insurance!!)

How will this transform the ride?

Take a good look at the brake lines, handbrake cable, levers and brake cilinders too. Cheap to replace and good to do for safety :)

If you can, I would consider dropping the entire subframe out. You can then deal with any rust and then paint everything up.

I have recently done mine for the second time in 5 years and it tool me a while, but was worth it.

Also think about replacing the fuel tank if it's looking scabby. Really depends how far you want to go
