Has anyone paid to have a Multipla rear swing arm bearing replaced. I know it's a long job - heavy on labour etc but I wondered if it would work our cheaper and quicker to buy the whole arm compared to just the bearing which I have heard is not the easiest to fit once the old arm is off?

just replaced the bearings in mine .... don't even think about it... get the whole arm unless you have access to a workshop... I had broken bolts on the anti roll bar , and getting a spring compressor on the back spring is a joke. as is reconnecting the handbrake cable, you really need access to a 2 poster lift and plenty of patience. it took me about 3 hours . including drilling out broken bolts etc.. and I have been working on cars for donkeys years.. best of luck mr H. ps the repair kit cost me
£23 from E Bay
