Technical Rear Sub Frame Cross member replacement options

Hi all. Long time car enthusaist, first ever Abarth owner here..
I picked up a second hand Abarth 595 turismo that needs some love

The rear sub frame cross member needs replacing due to rust. I have found a few options out there, but I cant tell which might be better .
Everything from Ebay 2nd hand , Euro car parts options to new from fiat
Significant price differences so I thought I would ask around..

Any advice would be welcomed.
