Technical rear sub frame bushes

I have found the rubber bushes on the rear sub frame have coroded and need replacing and been told by fiat that these cannot be bought and I will need to replace the whole sub frame at a cost of £550!!!
I have looked at getting second hand sub frame but am struggling big time and someone suggested it could be just as cheap and easy to replace the whole rear axle.....can any one shed any light on this.....any advice greatly appreciated as really dont want to spend to much more on this car!!

you can get them from a company called quinton hazel they are not top quality but they do the job are you going to try do the job yourself
