Technical Rear Fiat Uno Top mount issue

Hi. I was hearing a squeaking noise from the back of my uno mk1 and after inspecting the rear top mounts found out that 1 of the 2 bolds holding the top mount has snapped off. The top mount is still being held in place by 1 bold and the nut holding the shock is in place.

Has any one replaced this bold? As it seems that it's welded to the body. Also the other top mount has the same issue, with only 1 bold holding the top mount in place

One of the bolds shown on the side of the topmount is shierd of.part of it is stil there but not long enough to fit a nut. Sry dont have a pic thus is off my other uno
