Doblo Rear door swap - Help

Hi. I've got a Fiat Doblo with twin opening rear doors, would a lift up tailgate door fit this model? If so, is this an easy swap?

Got a feeling it would be a right nightmare. Hinges, wiring, all sorts.

Why would you want it anyway? Fooging PITA as a tradesman. Much better being able to leave the little door open when you're carting long loads, and a tailgate is an pain to open if you get parked tight against.
