Technical Rear calipers

Are UT and Punto GT rear calipers the same fitment. I understand the handbrake lever mechanisms are different but will they mount up the same as in UT discs, pads and caliper mounts with Punto GT calipers?

Punto GT pistons are larger but the calipers will bolt up the same.
