Straight forward job (kind of). Plenty of examples on
YouTube (try any Fiat with rear "axle", beam, whatever, with bushings). Really, rules are universal, you don't need a special tutorial for each model of the car in the world.
Grande is easier than for example Stilo. We have plastic-rubber bushes (Stilo, metal-rubber, harder to remove, special puller may be required and a press to install).
Job will be easier when you remove the axle completely (detach the brake lines and handbrake linkages plus ABS sensor wires).
Car may require "alignment" job after this. There is no "adjustment" per se, but there is a wiggle room in the mounts (holes), so it can be off a bit.
Mind the "clocking" of the bushings (pay attention on how old ones were oriented or check the attachment picture) and position of the beam relative to the car body (angle) while you torque the bushing bolts (again, copy the original position/angle of the bushing bracket, how it relates to the axle or chassis - there is no data for Grande, but there is an example for Stilo I guess, second attachment).
Improvised install tool will be helpful (custom cups/washers with threaded rod, but don't pull the central part of the bush, push/pull only on OD - outer diameter). That's it.
