search this forum for familiar threads. but none would seem to fit with my problem.. :worship:

brake fluid leaked 2 days ago. and brakes just went squrking and i found out that it ran out. check for leaks and found out the rear left brake at the back was leaking..
after removing and replacing it with a new seal.. which our haynes manual recommend, the brake fluid still leaks at the end of the cylinder body and got to rebond the pads. still the same problem... :bang: :bang:

Is the fluid leaking from the back of the cylinder? If so then try to just replace the rear cylinder instead of the seal, http://www.shop4parts.co.uk/

And if the pads are old and worn then just get new ones, not really expensive, the drums are the expensive things lol.

When replacing the cylinder you may as well check the other side to see what condition that's in, no point fixing one side for the other side to fail a week later.

If the brake fluid is leaking from behind the cylinder where the brake pipe screws in then obviously tighten it up or take it out and put some thread lock on it and see if that works.

Hope this is helpful
