Rear brake conversion.. swap possible?

Just thinking, if I was to transplant my rear brake set up to a Bravo from my Brava (both have ABS), would they both in theory be able to do a complete swap without needing anything other than a bottle of brake fluid?

Thinking that if the underside and gubbings are the same, then it should be a relatively straightforward swap?

Brava: Mar 99 1.9TD / 54,500 miles
Coupe: Feb 97 20V N/A / 132,500 miles
