Really really annoying me

Had a little bump on my rear bumper a bit ago and some hairline cracks appeared in the paint. Typically theyre travelling and i fear that before i know it the bumper will be covered in them.

What do i do?

argh.

Do fiat do a polish or wax that has a paint code or a coloured wax or polish that might at least cover it up?

Its hardly bad, but its annoying me and i like my car to be mint.

To stop the cracks travelling you need to drill a small hole right at the end (direction the crack is going) Then you could scrape out the cracks as you would doing a glassfibre repair and fill using a plastcised filler. Prim and spray in the normal way.

Or take it for a Pro quote...

Are you thinking the actual bumper is craacked because the cracks are just in the paint and are very small and thin. But i know they are there and its pecking me

Yea I thought the bumper was cracked. If its just the paint and you lurve the car to look gud the only permanent solution is a re-paint TBH.

The bumper was only newly sprayed about 3 months ago

If the paint has hairline cracks in it the only solution will be to repaint part or all of the bumper.

OK & yes that stinks however its now damaged.... as Pottleflump says...

Its re-paint time, either the whole or part of the bumper.... sucks dontit...
