read this im in dire need of help folks

just found out tonight that i need to be in court on the tenth of may got to do with grandchildren we need to be there 10/05 BUT court is in Hastings 650 miles away(12 hours on sad nav).... car mot due on 12/05 still got these items to sort not in any order handbrake cable, rear brake shoes, hazard lights,exhaust flexi . got shoes for rear brakes, gonna order flexi online & cable. can anyone help with hazard lights? im informed that its linked with radio have "A" radio no fitting kit yet and rear brakes heads in a bit of a shed at the moment so radio fitting and rear brakes i need help with also mot station for a Saturday mot

Hazards do not need a radio to work, but it may be that the non ignition supply is taken from the same fuse as the radio, so make sure everything is taped up on the radio circuit and check the fuse.

ok d im on it later thanks no wire diagram either, just bad timing as well mad rush on now. my other car is a discovery 25 mpg so cant really afford it in that

how do you remove hazard light switch without braking it?

I had mine out 4 or 5 times when mine broke, they are just clipped, safest way is to push it out from behind, think i took the top dash shroud off to trace wires, but it doesn't need done.

Iirc you can pull off the plastic trim under it and put one finger in the gap to press out
