Drive with your arm against them. not only will it stop the rattle but it will make you look cool too.

I think it's the plastic that runs along the base of the window. When it's open they move a little although I only notice it when the stereo is on loud and the bass is high. Suppose you could run some silicone sealent along the underside?

I THINK THIS IS IT BUT ITS THE INNER PLASTIC WHICH IS PART FABRIC.IT SEEMS TO BE RATHER COMPRESSED AND ITS NO LONGER ABLE TO HOLD THE WINDOW STILL...

That's called a "GAP" and is typical Fiat. Not the best for build quality but just look at it. Yum!
