I recently bought a 2007 Scudo new type which was not been driven and had a flat battery everything seems to be working ok but cannot get the radio to work.clock flashes but cannot change it and the language is in French.The stalk on the steering column does not seem to work either.All fuses seem ok.Would appreciate any help

Clock flashing is probably because it has not been set to correct time since battery installed. Handbook should tell you how to set clock. If it is via radio menu, then we need to fix the second issue first. Menu language will be due to same problem.
Is radio dead, or do you get anything at all on the display?
It may need the code inputting, again handbook will tell how. Code should have been supplied with vehicle.
May have to remove radio to check for power supply.

Not getting anything on the display other than the flashing time and the outside temp.There seems to be a card slot on the side of the unit do I need to have card inserted.time can be changed by twisting button on the dash but no response.Display working as messages pop up at start up
