Its the metal bar that goes underneath the radiator.

My Car had a dissagreement with a hedge row and when i reversed out if it, it caught the bar and bent it. I took it to my local garage and they said it will be around 1000 to replace!!

Thanks!

Did you catch the oil filter as well?

Just thinking it looks a right mess - in as much as its leaking.

Umm, Im not sure. I guess i could have done. The guy at my local garage who looked at it didnt mention anything about it though.

Also iv noticed when my engine is idling, i can hear a ticking. Iv put up the bonnet but im not sure where its comming from. its a very regular ticking. possibly one of the belts??

Thanks,

Awsome, That'd be great!

Where abouts are you? Or can it be mailed?

Any idea about that oil filter, (im guessing that the round silver/grey thing soaked in oil) Is it a simple take the old one off put the new one on?

Thanks,

Lee!

Do an oil change while you ar at it.Filter will need a filter wrench to take off, If you have not got one just knock a screwdriver into it and unscrew it. Messy job that way though. Replace hand tight only. As said, It is worth doing an oil change at the same time

RE:

Its due for a full service soon, Im getting the Cam belt and every thing done too, it is worth just waiting till then and getting the garage to do it - Im a novice when it comes to car mechanics! lol
