My brothers 155 HGT is ticking over at 600rpm (When warmed up). The little heat gauge is in the middle of Hot and Cold, but seems like tickover is low.

What should a 155 HGT be ticking over at?

1999 Bravo. Only modifications being a K&N.
Service 3k miles ago (Cambelt included). 51k on the clock.

Does it spluter and cut out?.... if not i wouldn't worry to much mate.... may be his needle is ever so slightly out.....just a guess... are there any other performance problems flat spots etc....???

If heaven is a place on earth why is it such a hell of a place to live.
Oh and dont pee on hot coals it smells.....so i have heard!

Nope no performance issues. Although very rarely when coming to a junction with the clutch down, the revs drop really low, but go back up again.
He's only worried because his 147 HGT use to tick over a 850rpm and he takes it to the garage if he hears or sees anything abnormal.

Thanks :)

Mmmmm got me but i sure the rest on here wit HGT could comment on the clutch in stopping at junction bit im sure this has been talked about before..... i'll search some threads today if can find anything i'll post a link..... otherwise HGT guys can you comment on this at all?????
