Technical Qubo Tyre Pressure

Hi, first post here, hoping you can help me with what is probably a simple question, but I have as yet been able to find an answer elsewhere on the Net.

I'm minding my friend's Qubo for a few days. The front tyres seem low, they're about 28-30psi according to the service station's gauge, but I'm not sure, and I don't have access to the original user manual. I also realise that it's winter, and I'm amazingly ignorant about cars

Owner Handbook gives 2.3bar (cold) for 185/65-15 or 195/55-16. 33psi would be a little shy of 2.3bar.
