Hi all, long time lurker, 1st time poster.
I have a Qubo Mylife 1.3 petrol on a 61 plate (09/11) and a few weeks ago went down the cruise control rabbit hole. After a lot of reading, googling, and head scratching over how to do it, OEM parts or aftermarket systems, I decided to remove the steering column shroud, air bag, steering wheel, and existing control stalk unit so I could have a good look at the connections in an attempt to find the correct OEM parts. After comparing parts, taking notes, and photos, I re-assembled the stalk, steering wheel & air bag.
Now, when I use the right-hand indicator, it will not self-cancel (left indicator works fine and self-cancels) I have had it all apart again, but can not see anything wrong or out of place, re-assembled it again to have the same fault.
Does anyone have any idea what I have done wrong or what needs to be done to rectify the fault?
