I washed my car on tuesday. ok? TUESDAY, its now thursday morning and this is what its like.

To answer some of you questions:
No, its not been driven far, just to work and back on wednesday 40miles.
Its only been driven on proper roads no dirt tracks or anything like that
no there wasnt any extra muck on the road.
in other words, two days normal drving on main roads.

Mine is really shiny at the minute, as usual. But then again I do wash it every other day and god knows how many coats of wax it has.

It's the white wheels that I can never keep clean though!!

My car was waxed, e.g. it dont help. Makes it easier to wash and protects the paint thou, cos the dirt isnt on the car its on the wax

I regularly wash my car and always use wax it wet from turtlewax every time. The stuff is awesome and defo helps prevent dirt build up. ( gives brill shine 2)

usually wash it weekly but i didnt even bother with fireworks night no point everyones letting them off smoke and sh*t everywhere i even had one land on the road infront of me it looks a dull grey now you wait ill have my way with it tommorow itll be so black and shiny its gonna be visible from mars!

In the winter I take to 3 types of washing.
Twice a week take a bucket of water and wash windows, lights and plates. Also top up windscreen wash as I go through a lot.
Once a week I give it a quick hose.
Once a month I spend a good couple of hours doing a full clean, wax etc.

It is yes, round here they still use white salt so although mines nearly as dirty i've done over 400 miles since last time i got a bucket out.
