IIRC theres a massive massive difference between a Punto club and a cruise site!

the barry cars are those who turn up to a meet or cruise and mess about so the police turn up.
Was in Telfrod sunday evening for meet, police just pop on have a look at cars and go again. where as NW police see a few cars come on park car parked up and move them on
