Punto 2004+ facia plate

Does this part exist ?

I want to replace the radio cassette with a Pioneer system I have but all the facia plates for sale are for 99+. There loads for sale on ebay from people who have bought 99+ facias that dont fit 2004/5 models.

Any help / links appreciated

AFAIK the dash in the Mk2b is exactly the same as the Mk2. So something like this would fit fine
