Good Afternoon All,

I am brand new to the forum, but thrilled I have hopefully found people who may be able to help me with some issues I have been having, as the dealership is clueless.

I have a 2012 500C. I purchased it at the end of January. I love it, but at the 3,500 mile mark, I received notification telling me I had to change the oil. I was not happy, as the 8,000 mile oil changes was something that had sold me on the car originally. My clock also started losing time. Within two weeks, I had lost 7 minutes. I have been unable to use my Ecodrive feature because it keeps telling me the update has ended when I start my car with the USB stick in it the port. I took my car to the dealership Friday for the above reasons. They changed my oil, changed the time, but could not tell me why any of the above was happening. They also could not fix the issue with the Ecodrive. They suggested I update the BlueandMe software. I attempted that this morning, and now my car tells me there was a "Config Error".

What can I do?? I wanted to contact BlueandMe, but I was unable to find a number for them in the U.S.

I really appreciate any and all help!!

The ecoDrive thing is a bug, once you've put the USB stick in the car, and it's successfully updated (it'll tell you to remove the USB stick), do so and remove the install.inf file from the root of the USB.

Then press the windows button and say 'ecodrive on' to switch the software on.

Incidentally, are you trying to update blue and me to v5.6? I get the same error on my 2011 Twin Air when trying to update B&M.
