me and the GF have been looking into getting a new car, since i got my work van i don't need a car myself so we just want 1 decent car to share.
looked at corsa's first mainly because of vauxhalls 10 yr warranty, they stopped doing conventional auto's in 2008/9 and are using an auto based on a manual like fiat's dual logic, of which i'm not a fan.
i get why they make them and everything i just don't like how they work, vauxhall rang me about a 58 reg CVT auto with 30k on the click for £6.5k, i think not.
any recommendations?
i've always said i'd never bother with finance on a new car but a couple of hundered quid a month from mine and the GF's wages wont be missed and would probably be wasted on something else
so either a brand new car or some thing for £3/4k, if i'm paying any more than that i reckon it's worth paying the extra for a new car with warranty.
