Hello all!

I have the following problem: (happened to me yesterday, and still exists)
- strangeness only when I have lights-on, it's required to have it on in Czech Republic; otherwise, it works normally;
- when I pushing stop pedal - "red" lights turns off, indicator* on dashboard shine;
- when I showing right turn - "yellow" and "red" lights blinking by turns;

* the "indicator" is Lamp and STOP;

looking forward for hints... thanks in advance.

p.s.
- all the lamps has correct voltage and power;
- I've tried to change the lamps, didn't help;

You don't say if you have an estate or a saloon version.
I'd suggest you check your connection blocks in the boot area. If your car is a saloon you might have moisture in the boot creating an earthing/connection problem. This is showing up on your instrument panel but the problem will no doubt be in the connections in the boot. Check the terminals for rust or green deposits plus for any wiring that may be worn thats shorting out on bodywork. The terminals can normally be cleaned easily enough. The old Ford Escorts had the same problem.
Also do a visual check from outside to see if the lights are working as they should.

I have estate version. The terminals, at least the ones that are at the rear-right side, are good, clean, no rust or green deposits.

how do you think, can it be something in fuse and relay unit?

Check the other side as well, that way you can rule out the rear of the car as where the problem is. Do you have a tow bar fitted at all? Could be another source of the problem. Not sure about the fuse/relay issue without doing some further investigating.

Almost all the faults on rear lights where one light affects another are because of earthing problems. Because the earth is poor the power finds another route to earth through another bulb or circuit.

Either check and clean the earth points if you can find them or run a new earth cable (it doesn't matter if you 'double up' the earth connection) from the light fitment to a good earthing point nearby. That should cure the problems:)

thank you guys,
I will try to clean earthing point and try the trick with adding earthing point.

@bpetersb, thanks.

it was the issue with earthing. :)
