Problems with radio

Just got my car back from the garage.

Clock was flashing

When I went to turn the radio on, i get "safe" up on the screen.

What do I do to resolve this????

It looks like it is prompting me for a code which I don't have .. ????

Yes its asking for a code. I think someone wrote that you can call Fiat and ask them for the code, but aint sure.
