Problems? knocking?

My car has been feeling every little bump lately, with big clunk at every bump, my friend said he recons it sounded like it was coming from under his feet, so passenger side front left wheel area!

Ideas?

Any similar problems?

Well, I'd start with the lower arms and you could probably do with a new set of shocks too.

if it sounds like metal on metal clunk when u have ya windows down could also be this lil bung thingy (i aint no mechanic as u can tell lol) thats in between ya lower arm n ya shock it also make ya car feel like its leanin towards the side its gone on

Most likely the lower arms as my drivers side was doing the same thing. Also wears the inside of your tyres if you dont get it sorted (as i found out).

Doesnt cost much to sort out.

What was the problem with yours, i think mine is because i hit a curb with that alloy, is it dangerous?

My problem was where the ball joint is (right behind the wheel, when i had some work done they buggered it up.

Theres a pinch bolt and another that tightens down on top. If you put a bar between that joint and check for play in it and find upwards movement when you lever it then thats most likely your problem.
