Technical Problem with the gear box.

Hi my name is Erik and I have a Fiat Bravo 2007 modell.
I have a problem with it now. The problem is that suddenly I can't get the rear in the gearbox.
The problem came up just after one night. The day before there was no problem. It's like It's something in the way when I lifting the ring on the stick and trying to move the stick to the position of the rear gear. But all the other gears is working.

I have been searching for answers on the problem and do really need the car to my work. So I'm greatefull for all your help.

Lifting the ring up is just disengaging a locking mechanism on the gear stick itself, nothing to do with the gearbox you'll be happy to hear unclip the gaiter and have a look at the mechanism and see where it's catching.

I can lift the ring and put the stick to the right, but then when I'm trying to pull it back to it the rear gear it's like It's something in the way.

other if that dosent work the adjuster ontop of the gearbox ha slipped
