Hi,

I have a problem with heathing system. The car is Bravo 1.6 multyjet 105 hp with left direction.
On the right side the air it hot, but on the left side the air is cold.
Can you help me?

Thank you in advance.

I too have this problem on my 1.9 bravo with climate control. Any help would be great!

New year and now I have the same issue, warm on drivers side, cold on the passenger side. Any idea would be appreciated.

Fairly common problem with climate control. Various control flaps are operated by electric actuators, and pathetic plastic linkages. For whatever reason the linkages break, leaving the flaps set to "the wrong position". If you search the forum there are posts that tell you how to fix it.

However, I don't know myself, having the bulletproof simple aircon.

Even with simple aircon we have electric actuator with plastic linkage for air recirculation mode. Most troubles when it will not work.

So had my Bravo in the garage today and what a surprise, a broken actuator. New part ordered from a Fiat and they sent out the wrong one. Hopefully a replacement will arrive tomorrow. The actuator itself still works, just the plastic spindle broken but the garage rotated it by hand and I got heat so confident that's the issue.

Ok, well today just got worse. The correct part arrived from Fiat and the garage fitted it but couldn't calibrate the climate control unit so they had to remove it again to stop it breaking off. So, for now, they have bodge fixed it so the flap stays open and I get heat. To top it off, the actuator that controls the recirculation has also broke so another new one needed.

They are getting me some prices but the long and short of it is dash out, new actuators and a new climate control unit. Something tells me this gonna be best part of a grand :(

My options: either suck it up and get it done as the car is only 8 years old and it's a dream to drive (1.9 turbo diesel JTD) or, sell it and move on.

All in all, not a good day.
