Got a tough one...
I connected the ECU scan (great tool!) and get an fault message, reading:

Problem on the actuator control lines, a short circuit could be present to the ground or to the actuator
Check:
-continuity and insulation of the conductors from the actuator to the ECU, and mainly:

pin 1 actuator connector -- pin 111 ECU

pin 2 actuator connector -- pin 109 ECU

-actuator resistive value (reference 10 Ohm approx.) and insulation to the ground
Moreover, check the presence of the actuator control signal (square wave) on its pin 2, engine running and by means of an oscilloscope
The reason for this fault is Open circuit / Short circuit at +V batt

The current status of the fault is
The error counter value is 48

Where is this actuator located? What does it do?
Any ideas how to fix this?

After som investigation, i found out that pin 109 and 111 from the ECU goes to the Idle speed adjustment solenoid (so i guess that is an Actuator :))
The control valve is new, however the cheap one, Maxgear. Anyone having problems with this one?
I do have issues with the idle, It pulsates between 2500 and 3000 RPM

I will check for short circuit on the cable harness, of cource.
Any other ideas? do i need to replace the new Maxgear Idel valve?

Problem solved!
The issue was inferior spare part. The new MaxGear ICV valve is now replaced with one from Hitachi. The car runs great!
I will never buy MaxGear stuff again! I thew it in the trash!
