The days almost arrived!
Picking the Prestigio up tomorrow! Whoop whoop, the garage fixed it in the end saying that it was down to the boost end of the system!
I hope to god they're right as I want to use it to go to Devon this weekend!

You'll be pleased to know Doofer that I'm a purist, being exactly as Fiat intended is what does it for me . Each to their own Evo

A lowered Croma on the roads in& around Sheffield would have the bottom ripped out of the floor pan the first time you tried to negotiate the speed "cushions" by driving with a wheel at each side as I can nowAnd the problem with that is.....
The only problem is the rubber bushes in the front suspension take "one hell of a beating"Greg123

Where did you find yours? I keep looking for one with beige leather, electric pack, xenons and hardly ever see one with even one of those options!

Mine was the fleet demo car from Fiat UK in Slough-- It wasn`t advertised as for sale but another one was (Eleganza) . I asked our local (new) Fiat dealers if they could get me the car. They came up with mine at the same price £9000 with one 900 miles genuine, at two years old,.Bargain
It is a Prestigio without leather, sat nav, heated seats etc and it was obvious that as the Fiat guys would have wanted everything as a demo but had to "put up" with mine.
Its a great car and does it all for me, given what can and does go wrong with them it has been about average (compared to some on here) and with a little planning and thought around the K&N air filter a lot of problems I have managed to iron out.
From other threads I would think you have more chance of stepping into a pile of rocking horse poo while wearing ballet shoes and a TuTu than being able to get one with all the extras together. I have seen one advertised with cream leather but iv`e not seen one with heated seats. But I live in Hope, its better than dying in Castleton

Hi Greg, you gotta get in there really quick! I scoured both eBay and auto trader three times a day, every day for weeks and the moment I saw mine I dropped everything, rang them straight away, placed a deposit drove down the next day and the rests history!
